Pre-wedding is an event that is organized before the wedding to greet all the guests who have arrived to celebrate a couple. E’ a beautiful and very entertaining event, less formal and set than the ceremony, organized in a convenient location close to where guests sleep so that even latecomers can reach the party.

During this party, the bride and groom will forget their worries about choosing the dress for a few hours, flowers and other commitments related to the wedding and they will only have to prepare to enjoy moments of pure light-heartedness and fun.

Usually the pre-wedding party is organized by the couples who decide to make their most beautiful day longer….a whole weekend! And they choose to live it with the people closest to them. It can be an aperitif or a dinner, there are no precise rules indeed! You can indulge your imagination, colors, the themes because it will be a special and super fun event, completely different from the wedding ceremony that, inevitably, carries with it rules and a “form” to follow.

During the pre-wedding, the family members and closest friends of the future spouses gather to share the excitement of the upcoming wedding together. It must therefore not be sophisticated but above all spontaneous, a unique and special occasion in which parents and relatives of the newlyweds will meet to exchange affectionate words and thoughts in an informal way with the newlyweds, which would be a little more complex during the wedding day.

In recent years more and more couples have asked me to organize a pre-wedding party, for example, I remember a couple of really beautiful events: the first in the villa of the married couple, con catering per il buffet, dj and colorful lights to create a super fun and colorful but very relaxing atmosphere, the second instead on the sea view terrace of the hotel where the guests stayed with the possibility of cocktails by the pool and lots of music for dancing!
In the end…if you invite your guests for a weekend never forget the brunch the day after the wedding! Usually organized in the hotel where the guests stay, it consists of a light and simple lunch to calmly say goodbye to friends and relatives before departure.
