There are events that arise almost by chance, but which end up occupying a truly special place in the heart. Organize the Gender Reveal party for the footballer Andrea Pinamonti and his wife, The artist and model Dasha Lapushka, it was an overwhelming emotion and a wonderful surprise for me from the first moment.
It all started some time ago, when Andrea contacted me to ask for support in organizing their Valentine's Day party. It was on that occasion that I met Dasha, a splendid woman who was already pregnant. From that meeting a great harmony was immediately born and, shortly thereafter, we embarked on the adventure of creating a dream event to discover the sex of their baby together with relatives and closest friends.
I organized the entire event in just a month, working intensely on every little detail. The choice of location fell on the splendid Villa Lo Zerbino in Genoa, a historic residence of rare elegance, perfect to frame such an exclusive party.
The only great element of suspense until the last second was the weather… In fact, the highlight of the party included one colorful fireworks display outside, a spectacular scenographic effect that would not have been possible to achieve inside the rooms of the villa, but luckily the sun was also our accomplice.
To welcome guests I designed a majestic setup: a grandiose installation of very long pink and blue balloons 10 meters, enriched by giant letters with the iconic writing “BOY OR GIRL”.
An unforgettable touch of class was given by the guests, a small circle of a few close friends, who respected a refined dress code total white: all perfectly dressed in white, very elegant and beautiful, capable of creating an even brighter and more coordinated atmosphere.
As for the buffet, it was really very rich and well looked after, signed by Capurro Receptions, while the dessert table was entirely themed, on delicate shades of pink and blue.
The right entertainment could not be missing to entertain all the guests, so fun themed games with two were proposed very cute giant puppets who walked around among the guests, giving themselves unforgettable shots.
But the real challenge that day was my why eI was the only person who knew the sex of the baby in advance. I was throughout the party “questioned” on several occasions from friends and family curious to extract some clues from me, but I kept the secret with the utmost professionalism until the final moment! Finally seeing the joy in Andrea and Dasha's eyes when the sky turned blue was an indescribable emotion..
It was a real honor for me to be able to sign such an intimate and important event for two wonderful guys who remained deeply in my heart for trusting me completely., entrusting me without reservation with one of the happiest and most memorable moments of their lives.
